Ruff and Tuff

“Ruff and Tuff “
This is as simple as it gets with a delicate balance between the two cubes, sitting precariously, about to fall over. One of my favorite styles.

Kool Players
This could be the original batch of these music men and the’re still playing their amazing tunes. They can be made any size and playing any instrument. All one needs to do is ask.

Twisted Steel with Sex Appeal
I think the name of this piece says it all. Putting together some random curves and a few Kool bits and you have a piece that seems to move as you look at it. I think it actually did once but don’t quote me on that.

Sculpture 3
18ins. by 7ins. Probably my favorite style and by far the hardest. To take a few pieces of raw materials and make them into a 3D sculpture. To lose yourself into these pieces, and then come up with something, is just what its all about.

Wurlygig
A pure abstract rotating sculpture that is made of different sized metal disks, that seem to be balancing precariously on one another, ready to fly off at any moment. How original is that.

Penny’s Arbour
Almost 8 ft tall x 8 ft square this is one spectacular piece. With a bit of oriental flair and a dash of art deco, this is about as original a piece as one could ever hope to produce. Commissioned by Penny for her already amazing garden it was truly a challenge to try and pull it off. I think between the two of us we did.

Sarah thinks its phallic
An original abstract, made of a few really kool bits, that has that balancing free flowing look that I am always trying to achieve. My buddy Sarah seems to think it looks a little “” Well you get the idea.
Unchain my Heart
Could also be called The Chains of Love. Don’t ya love it when art is so simple and says so much. The chain is just draped over the heart so it can be adjusted to suit your emotional state.

“stand still”
One of four in my cube studies. How can something so simple be so friggn
kool? This has a high gloss that just sparkles in all weather.
Please feel free to leave a comment about any piece you see here. I like to hear what you think about my work.
